Returns

You have a period of 14 days to return the product without giving reasons, starting on the day of receipt of the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging. For returning the order, the return costs are for your account. 

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the item is in your possession. This means the day on which your order is received by you or a third party. 

The item can only be returned if:

• the article is complete.
• when it comes to dietary supplements, the article is unopened.
• the item is undamaged or not broken (original condition)
• If possible, the item is still in the original packaging

The following is important for a quick and correct processing of your return items: – Contact our customer service by email info@denisekielholtz.com.

• Add the completed return form to your return (you will receive this from customer service). 
• Pack your shipment well so that the package is included arrives to us in good condition. 
• Return the package to the address you received from customer service. 

Free shipping:

There are of course exceptions when you do not have to pay shipping costs:

• the wrong item has been delivered.
• the package was delivered incorrectly.
• The item is broken or defective upon arrival.
• the expiry date of the article has passed.

Payment obligation

By making use of your right of withdrawal, your payment obligation does not expire. You must pay within the specified period in case the payment has not already been made. 

When we have received the return, we will assess it on the points listed below to at least be eligible before we will refund the purchase price:

• the article is complete.
• the article is unopened.
• the item is undamaged or not broken (original condition).
• If possible, the item is still in the original packaging.
